How do I know if your training programs are suitable for my fitness level and goals?

Each training program I offer is custom-tailored to fit your individual needs, regardless of your fitness level or goals. Using a blend of proven strength protocols and advanced mobility techniques within Functional Range Systems (FRS), I ensure that your journey is both effective and safe. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, my goal is to guide you towards success by addressing your unique requirements and aspirations.

What can I expect from a training session with you?

I specialize in strength coaching and mobility training, with a strong focus on rehab and injury prevention. 

 

My methods combine proven strength protocols with advanced techniques to build both maximal strength and speed strength. Using Functional Range Systems (FRS), I thoroughly assess joint function and strength, allowing for tailored training to address rehab, injury prevention, and performance goals. 

 

With my expertise, we'll work together to optimize your fitness journey effectively and safely.

How often should I schedule training sessions?​

Ideally, we aim to meet 2-3 times per week for hour-long sessions to maintain momentum and progress toward your fitness goals, particularly in the initial stages as your body adapts to the training regimen.

As you become more accustomed to our workouts and methods, and if you have constraints such as time or resources, we can explore a hybrid approach. This might involve meeting once per week or even just a couple of times per month in person, supplemented by remote programming or virtual sessions to ensure consistency and continued progress.

Ultimately, the frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on your individual needs and preferences. The goal is to find a schedule that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle while still propelling you towards your fitness aspirations.

Are your training sessions one-on-one or in a group setting?​

The majority of my clients train one-on-one, ensuring personalized attention and guidance. However, I can offer group sessions for 2-4 individuals with similar capabilities and fitness knowledge. 

 

Whether solo or in a group, each session maintains a high standard of personalized care and attention to ensure consistent progress towards your goals.

How long are the training sessions?​

An ideal training session typically lasts for one hour, allowing us ample time to cover all aspects of your workout effectively. However, I understand that schedules can vary, and I'm flexible to accommodate your needs. I have clients who can only commit 30 minutes a week to training, and while it's not ideal, it's absolutely doable. Regardless of the duration, I'll ensure that our sessions are focused, efficient, and tailored to maximize your progress towards your fitness goals. 

Do I need to have any prior experience or knowledge in fitness?​

No prior experience or knowledge in fitness is necessary. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey and guide you every step of the way. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone with some experience, I'll provide the necessary instruction and support to help you reach your goals.

Can you accommodate any specific injuries or physical limitations I may have?​

Absolutely! I've worked with numerous clients dealing with various injuries such as knee, shoulder, or back issues, as well as lifelong handicaps. Regardless of your situation, there's always room for improvement in your health and often a chance to alleviate discomfort along the way. My approach is highly adaptable, allowing me to tailor sessions to accommodate specific injuries or physical limitations while still progressing towards your fitness goals.  

What should I bring or wear to a training session?​

For your training session, it's best to wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive footwear that allows for ease of movement. Bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated is essential. Most importantly, come with a positive attitude and readiness to give your best effort!

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your training session. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly to accommodate your needs. However, if you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full session amount. Your commitment to our scheduled sessions ensures consistency and progress towards your fitness goals. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
